Utsav Sharma





Utsav is the founder of the organization and acts as an investment advisor and wealth manager for UHNI and HNI clientele globally. He is a valuation and equity enthusiast, with expertise in fund raising, and investment advisory across different asset classes and structured products.


Utsav is responsible for growing and developing the business across UAE and Indian markets. He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA Finance from SP Jain with experience in the fields of wealth management, textiles industry and auditing.


He believes that the long-term value creation for clients is the priority and the only thing to do is the right thing. Understanding the importance of continuous learning and developing a culture of trust & integrity by focusing on client’s ethos form the core principles of the organization.



RAMESH LAKSHMAN





Ramesh Lakshman {FCA, (Grad.) C.W.A, LL.B, B.com) is part of the advisory committee of the organization. Professionally, Ramesh runs his own private practice as Chartered Accountants under the name Ramesh Lakshman and Company. The Firm has more than 37 years of professional standing operating in niche areas like derivatives, financial risk management, cross border investments, private equity, valuation, and wealth management.


He contributes effectively to the Academic growth of young students as adjunct faculty with SP Jain School of Global Management teaching derivatives and he also acted as the area head for finance function in that school and contributed to revamping and upgrading the course to new standards. Ramesh's contribution is multifaceted including compliance with legal provision in all activities.



SHARAD Sharma





Sharad Sharma is the Joint Managing Director at Ganesha Ecosphere (GANECOS- NSE). With over 28 years experience in marketing and distribution in pet-recycled RPSY, Mr. Sharad has been associated with Ganesha since its inception and got appointed to the Board as a Director in 1992.


In 2004, he took over the position as a Joint Managing Director. He oversees the overall operations at Ganesha Ecosphere. He is part of the advisory committee at Fin1 Wealth Management and guides the company in its investment philosophy and business associations.
